Our difference stems from our products, our processing and our region.
Just about everything is local. Many local dairy farmers supply their high quality milk and around 40 locals are employed to make the place hum. Our boss even comes from local dairy stock.
This is important. It helps with crafting our dairy products. Knowing where it comes from, what to watch and what to leave alone. Terms like ‘country-fresh’ and ‘natural’ have real meaning for our milk, butter and yoghurt.
We also make our products differently using traditional methods and a slow gentle process. This helps to keep the protein and goodness in the milk and dairy products – it tastes more natural and smooth.
